Featues & Benefits of the SpecGrade Verta Series

Intensity

Designed for maximum PPFd while using significantly less power than traditional lamps.

Precision

Precion-Engineered A1 Spectrum offers light tailored for a plants entire life cycle.

Engineering

Proprietary thermal management system radiates less heat.

Modular Construction

The modular construction enables the grower to update the printed circuit boards with more efficient LEDs as technology evolves.

Low Profile

SpecGrade LED has designed the industry’s most low-profile grow lights. The Verta’s height, at only 3.5", is designed to enable you to optimize the vertical growing space.

SpecGrade LED's A1 Spectrum

The finely-tuned A1 'Entire Life Cycle Spectrum' has proven at universities and various grow environments to improve the trichomes and taste while cutting operational costs and shortening grow cycles. Our grow light simulates the sun based on proven spectra and runs at a sustainable energy-efficient intensity. It’s designed to successfully augment the photosynthesis process for the optimum plant from propagation to flowering.

Robust construction & Uniformity

Because grow lighting equipment is commonly exposed to water, dust, dirt, humidity, and high levels of ambient temperatures, on May 4, 2017 Underwriters Laboratory (UL) published UL8800, a set of safety requirements to be used when evaluating lighting equipment. That includes not only the grow light but also non-permanent cords and plugs for indoor farming applications. The specifier should look for this UL safety mark before purchasing this type of equipment.

No other grow light is able to deliver as excellent of a uniformity ratio as the Linea ensuring an equal blanket of photons across the canopy.

100% Passive Thermal Management

Active thermal management, or integral electric fans, are problematic in indoor farming environments. Fixtures with motorized fans translate to more potential points of failure. If the motor or fan is damaged or unable to effectively cool the fixture, the LEDs are likely to overheat and fail, exposing an operation to downtime that may compromise the crop.

Avoid these potential pitfalls by selecting a grow fixture that uses a 100% passive thermal management system.

Our proprietary engineered printed circuit boards together with our extruded aluminum heat sinking are designed to conduct heat away from the plants. This enables you to suspend the Verta within 6” over the plant without fear of giving it too much heat.

All SpecGrade LED grow lights are equipped with a proprietary, high-performance passive thermal management system engineered to operate flawlessly in extreme grow conditions. The high-quality extruded aluminum heat sink dissipates the heat from the LEDs, without assistance from a fan. Experience the no-maintenance benefits of reliable thermal management with SpecGrade LED.

Indoor LED Grow Light

SpecGrade’s powerful yet versatile Verta is perfect for both flowering and vegging (with a 0-10V dimmer) in indoor applications. Its modular design allows the you to change out the circuit boards should you choose to switch the spectrum or increase the efficacy as technology evolves. The proprietary thermal management system radiates less heat onto the plants while at the same time delivering unprecedented light levels and uniformity. The finely-tuned A1 ‘Entire Life Cycle Spectrum’ has proven at universities and various grow environments to improve the trichromes and taste while cutting operational costs and shortening grow cycles.
